Email [email protected] and include enough information to identify the relevant listing or account.
Incorrect server data
Include the server IP and port, the field that appears wrong, and when you last observed the issue. Server-reported values may change between scans.
Abuse or deceptive listings
Report impersonation, harmful links, deliberately misleading names or occupancy, and attempts to bypass moderation.
Ownership and claims
Use the claim flow when possible. If verification cannot be completed, email the server address and explain how you administer it.
Privacy requests
State the request and the information needed to locate the relevant account or public record. Do not email passwords or authentication tokens.
Before reporting scan data
Review the methodology and known limitations. A direct response confirms reachability at a point in time, but the server controls the values it reports.
